County Planning and Zoning Commission upon said requests:
A MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONAL USE by Western Construction Incorporated on property
consisting of approximately eighty point five eight (80.58) + acres
located in Section 25, Township 12 South, Range 15 East, and addressed
approximately 2075 East 2500 North, Twin Falls, Idaho in the Agricultural Zone.
The intent is to modify existing conditional use with regard to trucks traffic
and requirements of traffic study.
A PRELIMINARY PLAT by KNK Green Pastures Estates (Dale and Irene Kelsey) on property
consisting of approximately thirty five point nine (35.90) + acres
located in Section 24, Township 09 South, Range 14 East, and addressed
approximately 4393 North 1400 East, Buhl Idaho in the Rural Residential Zone.
The intent is to decrease number of lots to five (5), and provide private
access to lots.

Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct business and hear staff
presentations on the applications to be heard on December 8, 2011 at the hour
of 7:00 pm at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting

will be heard at the public hearing on December 8, 2011 at the hour of 7:00 pm
