NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission upon said requests:

 

A CONDITIONAL USE by Matt Nightingale on property consisting of approximately two (2.0) + acres located in Section 10, Township 11 South, Range 20 East, and addressed approximately 3361 North 4900 East, Murtaugh, Idaho in the Agricultural Zone.  The intent is to construct three thousand four hundred fifty six (3,456) square foot shop and operate a custom farming operation.

 

A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A WIND GENERATION PARK MODIFICATION by High Mesa Energy, LLC, on property consisting of approximately three hundred twenty (320.0) + acres located in Section 22, Township 6 South, Range 12 East, and addressed approximately 6136 North 100 East, Twin Falls County in the Agricultural Range Preservation Zone. The intent is to modify existing conditional use permit and adding two (2) additional wind turbines.

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING: Section 8-3-1, 8-3-2, and Chapter 15, and any other provision that conflict, and adopting section 8-3-1 administration, and adopting section 8-3-2 code compliance, adopting procedures and authorizing penalties for the enforcement of the provisions of Twin Falls County Codes, providing for severability and providing for an effective date.

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING: Chapter 14 and it s subparts and adopting Chapter 14 Variances and its subparts, providing for severability and providing for an effective date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission at the hour of 12:00 noon on the 7th day of February at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting Room, 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho upon said requests. The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct business and hear staff presentations on the applications to be heard on February 9, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 pm at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting Room, 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applicant presentations, and public testimony will be heard at the public hearing on February 9, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 pm at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting Room, 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho.

 

A complete description of each request is on file with the Office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator and available upon request. Any and all persons may register their comments, protests or agreements on the subjects being considered. Written materials or comments must be submitted by the close of business January 31, 2012 to the Office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator at 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho.
