Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission upon said requests:
A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION (after-the-fact) by Ray and Lynette McFarland on property consisting of
approximately zero point eight one (0.81) + acres located in Section 16,
Township 11 South, Range 20 East, and addressed approximately 4759 East 3234
North, Murtaugh, Idaho in
the Agricultural Zone. The intent is to divide

A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION by Gary Eller on property consisting of approximately

Range 16 East, and addressed approximately 1789 North 2600 East, Twin Falls
County, Idaho in the Agricultural Preservation Zone. The intent is to operate a
gravel pit.
