NOTICE TO ZONING APPLICANTS

When making application to the Planning and Zoning Director for a Public Hearing, the application must be submitted and complete approximately seven weeks before the scheduled hearing in order to be scheduled for that meeting. This is for planning purposes for the Planning and Zoning office.

When more than eight (8) applications are received within a month, your request could be moved to the next available month. It behooves you to complete the application fully and return it as soon as possible.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Twin Falls County Marvin Hempleman building in the Planning & Zoning meeting room.
