NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission upon said requests:

 

A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION by Bill and Jackie Russell on property consisting of approximately four point nine (4.9) + acres located in Section 22, Township 09 South, Range 14 East B. M. and addressed approximately 4356 North 1206 East, Buhl, Idaho in the Rural Residential Zone. The intended use is to divide off approximately two point five (2.5) + acres.

 

A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION by John and Jody Holloway on property consisting of approximately eighty (80.0) + acres located in Section 25, Township 10 South, Range 16 East B. M. and addressed approximately 2651 East 3700 North, Twin Falls, Idaho in the Agricultural Zone. The intended use is to divide off approximately one point five (1.5) + acres and existing home.

 

A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION by Bob and Pat Mathers on property consisting of approximately eighty five (85.0) + acres located in Section 32, Township 09 South, Range 14 East B. M. and addressed approximately 4176 North 1000 East, Buhl, Idaho in the Agricultural Zone. The intended use is to divide off approximately fifteen point one (15.1) + acres and existing home.

 

A CONDITIONAL USE LAND DIVISION by Ron and Shirley Bishop on property consisting of approximately one hundred sixty (160.0) + acres located in Section 32, Township 10 South, Range 14 East B. M. and addressed approximately 1054 East 3500 North, Buhl, Idaho in the Agricultural Zone. The intended use is to divide off approximately seven point five (7.5) + acres for a home site.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission at the hour of 7:00 pm on the 11th day of September at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting Room, 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho upon said requests.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a work session will be held on September 9, 2008 at the hour of 12:00 Noon at the Marvin Hempleman Twin Falls County Office Building Meeting Room, 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho. The Planning and Zoning Commission will review the applications that are to be heard at the September 11, 2008 Public Hearing.


 

A complete description of each request is on file with the Office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator and available upon request. Any and all persons may register their comments, protests or agreements on the subjects being considered. Written materials or comments must be submitted by the close of business September 4, 2008 to the Office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator at 246 Third Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed hearing should contact Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Office by September 4, 2008.
